"Nichola advised me regarding a rare complication of neck surgery called a chyle leak. It was so good to speak to someone who really knew the condition through real life experience and had the expertise on how best to deal with it through diet. She really knows her stuff and is also a very nice person who made me feel that I was in safe hands."

"Tig has been an integral part of The Katie Piper Foundation since we opened our residential rehabilitation service in 2018. Tig has worked closely with the team in supporting survivors of burns by empowering individuals to make changes within their lives to maximise their long and short term goals, and to improve their overall feelings of wellbeing, both physically and psychologically.

Tig has been a delight to work with and has a vast knowledge of complex injuries and trauma and the impact this has on the body and mind. She has a great ability to connect quickly with people and put them at ease while gathering information and not losing sight of their individual goals. This is my own reflection on working with Tig, but I have spoken with many individuals who have all benefited greatly from her input, and we as an organisation are very thankful and appreciative of the professional services she has delivered, and wish her well in all future endeavours".

"The advice Tig gave me was so clear and understandable. Since talking to you I have had the confidence to try things I had been too scared to try. The blended soups have been life changing! I am so grateful that you gave me your time and knowledge. I feel 100% better, both in mind, body and ‘functions’ are all much more normal (if you know what I mean!). So thank you, thank you. You have made such a positive difference to
me. "
